Custom Pendant Questions
Most commissions take three to five weeks from approved render to delivery. Simpler pieces can be quicker, and highly detailed work with heavy stone setting takes longer. We give you a timeline with your quote.
It depends on size, metal, weight and how much of the piece is stone set. Sending a reference image and a rough size lets us give you an accurate quote quickly, and there is no charge for the consultation or the render.
Yes. We produce a 3D render so you can see the piece from every angle, and we revise it until you are happy. Nothing is cast until you approve the final design.
Anything helps — a photograph, a sketch, a screenshot, or simply a written description. For portrait pendants a clear, well-lit photo of the face produces the best result.
We can work from a reference to build something in that spirit, adjusted to your size, metal and budget. We do not reproduce another maker’s protected design or branding exactly.
We use high-grade moissanite as standard — 9.25 on the Mohs scale, more fire than diamond, and conflict free. If you would prefer natural diamonds we can quote for that too.
