Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items within 100 days from the date of delivery. Exchange requests must meet the same conditions as refunds and be approved before return shipping.

Return shipping cost is FREE (merchant pays for return shipping).
Return Process
To request a refund or exchange:

Email: care@kloira.com within 100 days of receiving your product.

Include proof of purchase (order number and date), a detailed description of the issue, and any necessary documentation.

Once your claim is verified and approved, you will receive return instructions.
Return Conditions
For a refund or exchange to be processed:

The product must be new and unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.

The product must not show signs of misuse, wear, or damage caused after delivery.

The item must be returned within 100 days from the date of refund or exchange approval.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exclusions
This policy does not cover:

Products damaged due to improper use, neglect, or accidents after delivery.
