Kloira Hassle-Free Refund Assurance

At Kloira, we are committed to providing luxury products of exceptional quality and ensuring customer satisfaction. To ensure our customers can shop with confidence, we offer a 100% refund on eligible products, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

  1. Eligibility for Refund:
    You are entitled to request a refund within seven (7) days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

    • The product has issues affecting its functionality or quality.
    • The product is defective, damaged, or not as described at the time of purchase.
  2. Unboxing Video Requirement:
    To verify that the defect or issue was not caused after receipt, an unboxing video is required as part of the refund request. This video must clearly display the product being opened from its original packaging to confirm its condition upon delivery.
    Refund claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted if Kloira is unable to confirm that the product was delivered in defective condition.

  3. Refund Process:
    To request a refund, please follow these steps:

    • Contact us at care@kloira.com within 7 days of receiving your product.
    • Provide proof of purchase (order number and date), a detailed description of the issue, and the unboxing video showing the product’s condition upon delivery.
    • Once your claim is verified and approved, we will provide return instructions.
  4. Return Conditions:
    To be eligible for a full refund:

    • The product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
    • The product must not show signs of misuse, wear, or damage caused after delivery.
    • The product must be returned within seven (7) days from the date of refund approval.
      Please note that the cost of the return shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
  5. Refund Deductions and Timeline:

    • A deduction of $150 for express shipping or $100 for standard shipping will apply to all returns.
    • Additionally, a 3% Shopify fee and a 5% additional fee for PayPal payments will be deducted from the refund.
    • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, Kloira will process the refund within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  6. Exclusions:
    This refund policy does not cover:

    • Products damaged due to improper use, neglect, or accidents after delivery.
    • Products returned beyond the seven (7) day refund eligibility period.
    • Refund claims without an accompanying unboxing video to verify the product’s condition upon delivery.
  7. Amendments to the Refund Policy:
    Kloira reserves the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any such modifications will apply to purchases made after the policy’s update date.
