What is the delivery time?

How do I return an order?

- Custom Orders: Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.

How do I change / cancel order?
Order Cancellation
1. Before Shipment
- Standard Orders: If you wish to cancel a standard order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
- Custom Orders: Custom-made orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations are not possible due to the personalized nature of these items.
2. After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the item in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Changes to Orders
If you need to make changes to an existing order, such as updating the shipping address or modifying the order details, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible once the order has been processed for shipment.

I double ordered! What do I do?
If you accidentally placed duplicate orders, please contact our support team as soon as possible. If neither order has been processed or shipped, we can easily cancel one of the orders for you. If both orders have already been processed, you may need to wait until they arrive and initiate a return for the duplicate item. My product is broken / damages. What do I do?
If your product arrives broken or damaged, please notify us immediately by contacting our customer service team with photos of the damage. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on the severity of the damage. For warranty-covered issues, we will guide you through the repair process.
